- How to book your first experienceOpen an experience, pick a date and guests, and pay by card or wallet. Your spot is held the moment payment clears.

- Saving experiences to your favoritesTap the heart on any experience to save it; your list syncs across the website and the mobile app.
- Booking for a group or familySet the number of adults and children at checkout; child pricing applies where set, and many experiences offer a private option.
- How to request a personalized offerThere's no custom-quote tool yet. Use the private booking option or message the host directly to arrange something tailored.
- Buying your attraction ticketNmorocco sells host-led experiences, not standalone attraction tickets; entrance fees are noted in each experience's details.
- What payment methods are accepted?All major cards and supported wallets (e.g. Apple Pay / Google Pay) through Stripe Checkout. You never pay the host directly.
- What is the service fee?The platform service fee is already included in the price shown at checkout. Nothing extra is added at the last step.
- How to use a gift voucher or coupon codeGift vouchers and coupon codes aren't supported yet. There's no code field at checkout.
- How does invoicing work?Your host is the legal seller of the experience, so NMorocco doesn't issue a tax invoice. We can send you an order confirmation, plus the Stripe payment receipt from checkout.
- Currency and pricingPrices are shown and charged in your region's currency; the amount at checkout is the final, all-in total.
- My payment didn't go throughNo booking is created on a failed payment, so nothing is charged. Just try again or use another card.
- How Nmorocco keeps your booking safePayments run through Stripe and reach hosts only after the booking is processed; keep chat and payment on-platform.
Preparing for Your Experience
4 articles- How to find your meeting pointEach experience has a fixed meeting point or a pickup zone, shown on the experience page and in your confirmation.
- How to add or remove guestsGuest count is fixed at booking. There's no edit-guests option; message the host/support or cancel and rebook.
- Contacting your hostUse in-app Messages to reach your host before or after booking; hosts are notified of new messages.
- What if something goes wrong?Message your host first for anything on the day; if it can't be resolved, contact support and we can step in.
Changes & Cancellations
6 articles- How to reschedule your bookingRequest a new date. Your host approves within 48 hours; up to 2 reschedules per booking, and the price stays the same.
- How to cancel your bookingOpen the booking and choose cancel; any eligible refund is issued automatically to your original payment method.
- Cancellation and refund policyDay trips: free cancel up to 24h before (same-day non-refundable). Multi-day: free up to 7 days before. Host cancels: 100% refund.
- How long do refunds take?We issue the refund immediately via Stripe; your bank typically takes about 5–10 business days to show it.
- What happens if my host cancels?You receive an automatic 100% refund and a notification. Then you're free to book another date or experience.
- Booking through Viator or GetYourGuideBookings made on Nmorocco are managed here; a booking made on a third-party site must be changed or refunded through that site.
After Your Experience
3 articles- How to leave a reviewAfter your experience you're prompted by email to rate it and add a comment; reviews are briefly moderated, then published.
- Reporting a problem after your experienceContact support with your booking details; eligible problems go through our refund and dispute process.
- Is this message really from Nmorocco?Nmorocco never asks you to pay outside the platform; treat any off-platform payment request as a scam and report it.
