Contacting your host

Messaging opens as soon as you have a booking with a host. Open your booking and tap Message host, or go to Messages. Your host is notified and usually replies well before the day.

Before you book, you cannot message a host directly. If you have a question about an experience first, use the contact form and our team will answer or check with the host for you.

Keep all communication and payment on NMorocco, so we can help if anything goes wrong.
