I booked without an account. How do I find my booking?

You can pay without creating an account. Your booking is still confirmed, and the confirmation email you received has the date, time, meeting point or pickup details, and your booking reference.

To see and manage the booking in My Bookings (to message your host, reschedule or cancel), create an account with the same email address you paid with, then contact us through the contact form. We will link the booking to your account.
