Day trips and single experiences (under 24 hours): free cancellation up to 24 hours before; no refund within 24 hours; same-day bookings are non-refundable.

Multi-day tours (24 hours or more): free cancellation up to 7 days before; no refund within 7 days of departure.

If the host cancels, you always receive a 100% refund.
