Day experiences: flexible up to 24 hours before
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your start time. No questions asked, no fees.
- Inside the 24-hour window, your guide has already started preparing for you (transport, supplies, blocking out their day), so we're unable to refund.
- Same-day bookings are non-refundable for the same reason.
Multi-day tours: flexible up to 7 days before
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure.
- Multi-day tours involve real upfront commitments: hotels, drivers, 4x4s, permits, and reserved guides. The 7-day window lets us release those resources without penalising local partners.
- Cancellations inside 7 days are non-refundable. If life happens, message us. We'll always look at rescheduling or transferring your booking to a friend.
🛡️If we cancel, you're protected
- If we or your guide ever need to cancel due to illness, safety concerns, or operational issues, you'll receive your choice of:
- A full 100% refund, or
- A free reschedule to another date, or
- An equivalent alternative experience at no extra cost.
🌦️Weather and safety come first
- Morocco's mountains, desert, and coast are stunning but occasionally unpredictable. If severe weather, road closures, strikes, or any event outside our control makes your experience unsafe, we'll either fully refund you or reschedule at no charge.
- Your safety is never something we compromise on.
💳Refunds, made simple
- Refunds go back to your original payment method, automatically.
- Most refunds land in 3 to 6 business days, depending on your bank.
- The only deductions are non-refundable third-party fees (Stripe, PayPal, or currency conversion charges), and only where they apply.
🔄Need to change instead of cancel?
- Before cancelling, just message us. We can often move your date, transfer your booking to someone else, or upgrade your experience for free.
- We'd much rather keep you on the trip than process a refund.
