Download your data or delete your account

Download your data: in Settings, under Privacy, choose Download my data. You get a file with your profile, bookings, reviews and saved experiences, in a format you can open or reuse.

Delete your account: in Settings, choose Delete account and confirm. This removes your profile and sign-in permanently. Some payment records are kept for the period the law requires, as explained in our Privacy Policy. If you have an upcoming trip, cancel it first so any refund can be issued.
