Terms of Service

Nmorocco is an online travel marketplace that connects travelers with local guides, drivers, and hosts offering experiences across Morocco. Nmorocco is operated by MarrakechTips LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States (registered address: 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #30489, Casper, WY 82609, USA), with its operations based in Marrakech, Morocco. In these Terms, "Nmorocco", "we", and "us" mean MarrakechTips LLC. Some experiences are operated by independent local hosts, and some are operated by Nmorocco's own team. Each listing shows who the host is. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Nmorocco.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings. Children may take part in experiences when they are booked and accompanied by a responsible adult. By registering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

You can create an account with your email address or sign in with Google, Apple, Facebook, X, or LinkedIn. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at contact@nmorocco.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You can delete your account at any time from your Account Settings or at nmorocco.com/account-deletion. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, provide false information, or are involved in fraud or abuse.

When you book, you enter into a contract for the experience with the host who offers it. Nmorocco provides the platform, takes the payment, and supports both sides, but where an independent host runs the experience, that host is responsible for delivering it. • Confirmation: your booking is confirmed only when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. While you complete payment, your places are held for a short time (about 30 minutes); unpaid holds are released automatically. • Shared and private experiences: on a shared experience you join other travelers; a private booking reserves the whole departure for your group. • Group size and children: you must book the correct number of adults and children. Child prices apply only within the ages shown on the listing. • Pickup and meeting point: give an accurate pickup address or be at the meeting point on time. The host is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect pickup details. • Special requirements: tell the host about dietary, medical, or mobility needs when you book, so they can confirm whether the experience is suitable.

• Prices are per person unless the listing says otherwise, and include the platform service fee. Any extras you select are shown before you pay. • Payments are processed securely by Stripe and charged in euros (EUR). Prices shown in other currencies are estimates for your convenience; your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or fees. • Nmorocco does not store your full card details. • If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first at contact@nmorocco.com so we can resolve it quickly. Opening a card dispute without contacting us may delay the resolution, and we may suspend the account while it is investigated.

You can cancel a booking from your booking overview. The refund depends on the type of trip and how much notice you give: Day trips (less than 24 hours long): • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time • No refund within 24 hours of the start • Same-day bookings are non-refundable Multi-day tours (24 hours or longer): • Free cancellation up to 7 days before the start date • No refund within 7 days of the start If you do not show up, or arrive too late to join, no refund is due. If the host or Nmorocco cancels, you receive a full refund, or you can choose a new date if one is available. Refunds are sent to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days. The rules shown on the listing and at checkout at the time of booking apply to your booking.

Changing your date: you can ask to reschedule a booking from your booking overview. The host has to accept the new date, the price must stay the same, and a booking can be rescheduled up to 2 times. Until the host accepts, your original booking stays in place. Changes by the host: hosts may need to adjust an itinerary, vehicle, or guide for safety, weather, road, or local conditions. If a change significantly alters the experience, you can choose between an alternative and a full refund. Force majeure: neither Nmorocco nor the host is responsible for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, epidemics, government decisions, strikes, or road closures. In these cases we will offer a new date or a refund of the amount paid for the part of the experience that could not take place.

If you offer experiences on Nmorocco, you also agree to the following: • You are an independent professional, not an employee or agent of Nmorocco, and you hold every license, permit, and insurance required by Moroccan law for your activity. • Your listings must be accurate and complete, including prices, inclusions, duration, meeting point, and any physical requirements. • You must keep your availability up to date and honor confirmed bookings. If you cancel, the traveler receives a full refund, and repeated cancellations may lead to your listings being paused or removed. • We verify your identity and your bank account before paying you. • Commission: Nmorocco deducts a platform commission from each booking, at the rate shown in your host dashboard when the booking is made. Card processing and transfer fees are paid by Nmorocco, not by you. • Payouts: your earnings become available the day after the experience takes place. You can request a payout once your balance reaches the minimum shown in your dashboard (currently 500 MAD); payouts are sent in Moroccan dirhams to your verified bank account. • If a booking is refunded after you have been paid, the refunded amount may be deducted from your next payouts. • You are responsible for declaring and paying your own taxes. • You must not ask travelers to pay outside Nmorocco for bookings made through the platform.

As a traveler, you agree to: • Arrive on time and give accurate pickup details • Carry a valid passport and any visa you need • Check that you are fit and healthy enough for the experience you book • Follow your guide's safety instructions • Respect local customs, culture, and the environment • Not engage in illegal activities • Treat guides, hosts, and other travelers with respect We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical costs, and the activities you book.

Reviews must be honest, based on your own experience, and free of offensive, discriminatory, or personal information. We may remove reviews or content that break these rules or the law. Hosts may not offer rewards for positive reviews. Some listings show reviews that travelers wrote on other platforms (such as GetYourGuide); these are labeled with their source. You keep ownership of the content you upload (reviews, photos, listing text). You give Nmorocco a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, adapt, translate, and display it to run and promote the platform. You confirm you have the right to share it.

You must not: • Use Nmorocco for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal purpose • Book or list experiences with false information • Arrange payments outside the platform to avoid its fees • Copy, scrape, or collect data from the platform with automated tools • Interfere with the security or operation of the platform • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users We may remove content and suspend or close accounts involved in any of these.

Affiliates and referrers earn a commission on eligible bookings made through their links, as described in their dashboard. If a booking is refunded, its commission is cancelled or reduced accordingly. Self-referrals, fake bookings, and misleading promotion are not allowed, and commissions obtained this way will be cancelled.

Messages include optional AI tools that can suggest replies, translate, or rewrite text. Their output can be inaccurate, so review it before you send it. You remain responsible for the messages you send.

Nmorocco provides a technology platform and, for experiences run by independent hosts, is not the provider of the experience. To the fullest extent permitted by law: • Nmorocco is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from experiences run by independent hosts, or for the acts of hosts or other third parties • Nmorocco is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed flights or lost profits • Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence, or the mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

All content on Nmorocco (logo, design, text, photos, and software) is owned by or licensed to MarrakechTips LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.

If something goes wrong, please contact us at contact@nmorocco.com within 30 days of the experience. We will try to resolve every complaint fairly and quickly, together with the host. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or with a clear notice on the platform. Changes do not affect bookings that are already confirmed.
