Terms of Service

Nmorocco is a Moroccan travel marketplace connecting travelers with local guides, drivers, and hosts offering authentic experiences across Morocco. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Nmorocco.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings. By registering, you confirm that your information is accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your login details with others. Nmorocco reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Booking: When you book through Nmorocco, you enter into an agreement with the local guide or host. Nmorocco facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the experience contract. Payments: All payments are processed securely through Stripe in USD. Commission: Nmorocco charges approximately 15% commission per booking, already included in the price shown. Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only after receiving a booking confirmation email.

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy. In summary: • Full refund within 24 hours of purchase (excluding same-day bookings) • Full refund if cancelled 7 or more days before the start time • No refund for cancellations within 7 days of the experience • Same-day bookings are non-refundable from the moment of purchase • Unconfirmed bookings can be cancelled within 48 hours for a full refund Cancellations can be managed through your Nmorocco booking overview.

Guides and hosts are independent contractors. They are responsible for: • Accuracy of their listing descriptions • Delivering the experience as described • Holding any required licenses under Moroccan law • Their conduct and safety during tours

As a traveler, you agree to: • Arrive on time for your booked experience • Respect local customs, culture, and the environment • Follow your guide's safety instructions • Not engage in illegal activities • Treat guides, hosts, and other travelers with respect

Nmorocco is a technology platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law: • Nmorocco is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss from booked experiences • We are not responsible for acts of guides or third parties • We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking.

All content on Nmorocco (logo, design, text, photos, software) is owned by or licensed to Nmorocco. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission. By uploading content, you grant Nmorocco a non-exclusive license to use it for marketing and operational purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or a prominent notice on the platform.
