How to cancel your booking

Open the booking and choose cancel. Any eligible refund is issued automatically to your original payment method, and how much you get back depends on how far ahead you cancel (see the refund policy).

Self-service cancellation is not available more than 2 days after the experience date. Contact support in that case.
