Are private tours more expensive than group tours?
Per vehicle, yes. Per person, often no. A private 4-day Sahara tour split between 4 travelers usually costs about the same as the same trip booked as 4 seats on a group tour, and you keep the flexibility.
Can we change the itinerary while on tour?
Yes, that's the whole point. Within the booked number of days and as long as logistics allow, your guide will adjust stops, lunch spots, and overnight locations on the fly.
Is a private tour worth it for solo travelers?
If budget is the main constraint, group tours are cheaper for solos. If you want flexibility, a quiet vehicle, and a guide focused only on you, private is worth the premium.
