About this experience

The classic Morocco itinerary done properly. A shared small-group experience with a maximum of 17 travellers, comfortable transport, and carefully chosen stops that many rushed tours skip entirely. Travel across the breathtaking High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass at 2,260 meters, passing remote Berber villages and dramatic mountain landscapes before arriving at Aït Ben Haddou, Morocco’s most famous kasbah and a filming location for Gladiator and Game of Thrones. The journey continues through the Valley of Roses, the Dadès Valley, and the spectacular Todra Gorge, where massive canyon walls rise above ancient palm groves and traditional desert villages that have changed little over generations. In Merzouga, leave the road behind and ride camels into the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi just before sunset. Spend the night in a permanent luxury desert camp with proper beds, private ensuite bathrooms, hot showers, a traditional Moroccan dinner, and live Berber music around the campfire under the stars. The final day begins with sunrise in the Sahara before the journey back to Marrakech through ever-changing desert and mountain scenery, with relaxed stops along the way for local food, photos, and hidden viewpoints. This shared Sahara tour combines the atmosphere of travelling with others while keeping the experience comfortable, authentic, and well-paced with a maximum of 17 guests and an English-speaking local driver-guide throughout the trip.
