How We Started

Tourism That Gives Back to Morocco

Nmorocco was born from real experience on the ground. I grew up in the High Atlas Mountains, surrounded by nature, simplicity, and strong local traditions. When I later moved to Marrakech and started working in tourism, I quickly saw how the industry really worked behind the scenes.

Many tourists were paying high prices without knowing the reality, while local guides and small businesses were not earning what they truly deserved. The connection between travelers and authentic Moroccan life was often missing.

That's when the idea for Nmorocco came to life.

I wanted to create a platform where travelers could experience Morocco through real locals — not middlemen — and where guides, drivers, and hosts could offer their experiences directly, at fair prices.

Today, Nmorocco connects travelers with trusted local guides across the country — from Marrakech to the Sahara, from the Atlas Mountains to hidden villages. Every experience is designed to be authentic, flexible, and personal.

We keep our commission low (around 15%) only to maintain and grow the platform — unlike international platforms that take up to 30–35% — so more money goes directly to the people who make your experience unforgettable.

Every booking supports local families, independent guides, and small businesses, helping build a more honest and sustainable tourism model in Morocco.
