Three hours northeast of Marrakech, the Ouzoud waterfalls plunge 110 metres in three tiers through a red-rock canyon shaded by olive trees. Wild Barbary macaques play in the upper groves, small boats take visitors close to the rainbow-filled spray, and a network of footpaths leads down to natural pools at the base.
