Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Nmorocco account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page explains how, and what is removed.

Option 1 Delete from the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Nmorocco app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab → Edit profile.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The same option is available on the website dashboard under your profile settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Option 2 Request deletion by email

If you can't access your account, email contact@nmorocco.com from the address registered to your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your account and sign-in credentials
  • Profile details (name, email, phone, date of birth, photo)
  • Bookings and booking history
  • Messages and conversations
  • Saved experiences and preferences
  • Reviews you posted
  • For guides: payout/bank details and uploaded identity (CIN) documents

Data we may retain

We may retain a limited set of records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes for example, transaction and tax records for completed payments, and fraud-prevention logs. These are kept only for the legally required period and are not used to re-identify you for any other purpose.
