At Nmorocco, we keep our cancellation rules simple. The policy that applies to your booking depends on the type of trip a single-day experience or a multi-day tour. This ensures fairness for travellers and for the local guides who reserve time exclusively for your booking.

Day Trips
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour starts.
- No refund within 24 hours of departure.
- Same-day bookings are non-refundable, as guides start preparing immediately.
Multi-day Tours
- Free cancellation up to 5 days before the tour starts.
- No refund within 5 days of departure.
- Multi-day tours require advance preparation (transport, accommodation, supplies), which is why the cut-off is longer than for day trips.
❌Cancellations by Nmorocco or Your Guide
- If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, safety, etc.):
- You will receive a 100% full refund, or
- You may choose a free reschedule or alternative experience.
🌦️Weather & Force Majeure
- If conditions make the experience unsafe (extreme weather, natural events, etc.):
- You'll receive a full refund, or
- The option to reschedule at no extra cost.
- We always prioritize your safety.
💳Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time: 3–6 days.
